The experience

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that uses hand placement to channel universal vital energy and promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing. At Andean Wings Valley we offer Reiki sessions led by certified masters who will help restore your energetic balance and revitalize your being in a calm, natural setting.

Session details:

• Introduction and preparation: the session begins with a short introduction and a conversation to understand your needs and expectations.
• Energy cleansing ritual: an energy cleansing ritual is performed to prepare the body's energy field.
• Reiki session: you lie back comfortably while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body in a series of positions. No need to remove clothing.
• Chakra alignment: during the session, a chakra alignment balances the body's energy centers.
• Deep relaxation: you will feel a deep sense of peace and relaxation as energy flows through you.
• Aromatherapy and final relaxation: the session ends with aromatherapy to promote deep integration and total relaxation.
• Closing: at the end you can share your experiences and receive feedback from the practitioner.

• Personalized Reiki session with a certified practitioner.
