A celebration of Peru's flavors. Enjoy a selection of traditional Peruvian dishes at a buffet made for sharing and discovering the diversity of our gastronomy. From classics like ceviche and causa to homemade preparations such as ají de gallina, seco de res, Escabeche de trucha and arroz con pollo.
