The experience
Live a unique culinary experience where your meal is prepared using five traditional cooking methods: Huatia, grill, caja china, wok and oven. This experience is the ultimate homage to Peru's culinary diversity.
The process: each dish is cooked with a different method, bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients. From the smoking and slow cooking of the Huatia to the live fire of the grill and the wok, each technique adds a unique layer of flavor.
- Huatia: varieties of tubers cooked inside the earth.
- Grill: artisanal sausages.
- Caja china: pork belly and chicken.
- Wok: mushrooms and vegetables.
- Oven: corn pie.

- Full preparation and tasting experience.

- Sauces: uchucuta, huancaína, chimichurri, pico de gallo, house chili sauce.
