Everything at Romero starts with our hands and the fire: we knead fresh pasta every day, let the sourdough ferment slowly and bake over the heat of the wood in our clay oven. These are the recipes that arrived with our chef's nonna, of Italian roots, that don't need reinventing, only respecting.
Alongside the Carta de la Nonna we have a second comfort-food proposal, for those looking for something other than pasta: from beef stroganoff to vegetarian options. And starring the bar, a list of Peruvian and international wines, signature cocktails and natural sodas.
